Introduction

FFJuice operates ffjuice.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information from your use of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

Contact and account information. When you join our waitlist or create an account, we collect your email address and any name you provide.

Order and shipping information. We do not currently sell products or process orders through the Site. If we launch a store in the future, we will collect the information needed to fulfill orders, such as your name and shipping address, and payment details will be handled directly by our payment processor and not stored on our servers. We will update this policy before that collection begins.

Usage data. We automatically collect information your browser sends when you visit the Site, including IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time spent on pages and referring URLs.

Cookies and tracking. We use cookies and similar technologies to support site functionality and analyze usage through Google Analytics. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not function correctly.

How We Use Your Information

Service Providers

We work with third-party service providers who may access your personal data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf:

Google Analytics. Tracks Site traffic and usage patterns. Data is shared with Google in accordance with their policies. You may opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

GitHub. Email addresses submitted through our waitlist are stored in a private repository hosted by GitHub, Inc. See GitHub’s privacy statement.

Future providers. We do not currently sell products or run advertising campaigns. When we launch our store, we expect to use Shopify to power the store and process orders and Stripe to process payments. We may also use Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) advertising tools to measure and serve advertising. We will update this policy before those services begin collecting your information.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Order records are retained as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below.

Data Transfer

Your information may be transferred to and processed on computers located outside your state or country where data protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely in accordance with this policy.

Disclosure of Data

We may disclose your personal data if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights or property, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect the safety of our users.

In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your personal data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You use the Site at your own risk and should report any suspected security issues to the contact address below.
